The Unit Head of Metadata Services manages and provides innovative leadership to Metadata Services Unit with direct supervision of two librarians and four staff. S/he formulates implements, assesses and documents Library’s policies, procedures, and best practices for use of descriptive, administrative, structural and preservation metadata, content standards, and controlled vocabularies to support the production, management of and access to the Libraries’ print and digital collections.
