The Fletcher Branch of the Washington County Free Library located in Hagerstown, MD has an immediate FT opening for a Library Branch Coordinator in the County Services Department. Includes benefits. This individual is responsible for administrative leadership in supervising all aspects of 7 Branch Libraries within the Washington County area. He/She is responsible for developing and maintaining work standards that emphasize customer service, effective communication, and ethical behavior. He/she will set goals and priorities, develop and monitor reports, administer projects and evaluate personnel and services. He/She will serve as the primary point person for the branch libraries, oversee the development of new and existing branch staff through training and coaching. And other duties as assigned. KSA: BA; strong computer skills a must, excellent oral and written communication skills – flexibility and initiative. Previous library experience desired.
