This position is located in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Office of the Solicitor (SO). The Solicitor’s Office represents USPTO in intellectual property matters. The SO Law Library provides reference and research services and serves as a repository of resources on US intellectual property law. As the volume and complexity of intellectual property laws continues to grow, the need to provide specialized information to USPTO attorneys and others grows as well.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide access to legal resources, including publications, electronic databases, journals, e-books and catalogs, and other select documents.
